Senior Account Executive

We want to empower a Senior Account Executive to be the CEO of their book of business. From prospecting to closing, a Senior Account Executive at Preveta is responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle of hitting new business sales goals:

  • Researching and prioritizing accounts to create a strategic list of prospects to pursue
  • Generating new business opportunities by:
    • Cold calling
    • Working warm leads generated by our executive team
    • Working with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) once that team is ramped up
  • Running initial sales meetings centered around discovery, asking questions to uncover the client’s challenges
    and gaps
  • Developing proposals through a consultative approach, delivering presentations aligned with client needs
  • Actively managing the sales pipeline, regularly updating CRM
  • Representing Preveta at industry trade shows and conferences

The big picture:
At Preveta, we look for people who are empathetic, genuine, compassionate and knowledgeable of the healthcare challenges in patient care. We are serious about improving the future of the U.S. healthcare, but we never take ourselves too seriously, we want to see you love what you do.

For this role:
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership in challenging themselves to exceed their goals. Someone who is energized by pursuing new business – who loves the “game” of sales, finding practices/groups who would be a great fit, being insatiably curious in asking questions to understand their challenges, and then consulting with them about how our solutions could align.

We know people are so much more than their resume – but to make sure someone is set up for success in this role, we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in new business sales with a demonstrated track record of performance – ideally in a
healthcare setting, but it’s not a requirement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong at persuasive writing and speaking
  • The ability and willingness to travel

Empathy and care are in our DNA-we are driven by deep and instinctive desire to help others. When our founders’ dear friend Becky was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, coordination breakdowns impeded every step of her care. If not for these systemic barriers, Becky and millions in similar situations might still be alive. Preveta was created to ensure what happened to Becky wouldn’t happen to anyone else.
