Product Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Product Manager, you will lead the discovery, definition, and execution of solutions across one ormore of ou r product lines. You’ll work directly with the engineering team and product designers to deliver features and technology that delight and inspire our customers and will be responsible for measuring the success of those solutions in collaboration with your peers and the VP of Product.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with leadership and your peers to identify solutions to current and prospective customer challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Tech Lead and Product Designer delivering and measuring the success of these solutions.
  • Understand the needs of customers well enough to offer new solutions and initiatives that will produce the desired results.
  • Balance the needs and objectives of customers and internal stakeholders through effective planning and communication.
  • Owning the product definition, managing the backlog of work for the engineers, and working with them to deliver on results.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with product software development, design, or product management
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • Data-oriented, independent self-starter
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Demonstrated experience with driving results at a business or organization
  • Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States
